On the sixth day of Christmas my true love gave to me... salmon florentine and quinoa pilaf with pine nuts (actually I made it for them) and it was yummy. Although we're not putting up a tree this year, we can still have green, right? In the form of spinach. And red in the form of sun-dried tomatoes. Pine nuts are off-white so we have the whole Christmas theme in one delicious dish. Fa-la-la-la-la!
