Fantastic day! I met my friend Anita at Kennesaw Mountain and took an early morning (2 hour) hike up the mountain. Way to get the 'ol ticker going. Stella was a trooper and met a few furry friends. I love the peaceful environment. Love leaving all the "stuff" behind and just being. Love the way I feel after a vigorous walk.
My note from the Universe was especially fitting today. I'll paraphrase - you can choose to either wait, wish and hope or go, do and be. Hmmm - I get it.
